borough project

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to a new year filled with unending possibilities of knowledge. Each month we try to give at least one project that must be completed at home. This month each child has been given a borough (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, and The Bronx) in class to research. Each child is required to research some general information on that borough and include pictures. The two page essay must be in your child's hand writing, do not type it. The essay must be in your child's words, they cannot copy off of something printed from the internet. Please remember we will be looking at a number of different areas to mark your child's work. Please include a cover with a title, the students name and class. There will also be an oral presentation.
