The due date for Public High School Applications was Nov. 15.
If you are applying please get the applications into school as soon as possible. Any student, who is not applying to public school, needs to bring a note from their parents stating this.

All students received a note about conference appointments for report cards. Please return these sheets as soon as possible so that you may receive the sate and time you need.

Conference appointment times are on a first come-first serve basis. Please send them in quickly.

It is important that homework get done every night!! It is more than 25% of your grade!!!

Value of the Month: Self Discipline
1.Define the word
2.Locate a phrase , saying or quote that deals with self-discipline
3.Find a picture or pictures that convey the message
The layout for the project can be located in your religion notebook.
Due Monday 11/19/07

Due Thursday - Answer the six questions given in class on Wednesday. These questions are based on the article "Are you a peacemaker?" pages 36-37 in the November issue of the Maryknoll Magazine.

Due Friday - All students are to collect pictures that convey the message of the Beatitudes, found on page 36, for a Beatitudes Collage Project. This project will be created in class.

SFA Annual Walkathon is this FRIDAY --NOVEMBER 9
Remember that our goal is to have 100 % participation !!!! All of the effort goes to improving the school. Please, help support SFA !! It would be great to have parents helping us out on Friday . We are in need of chaperones for our walk to the park and to cheer us on !!!
It would also help if there were parents, grandparents or other family members who could help out with the other aspects of the walkathon.
Students - There will be classes on Friday

The TACHS Tickets have come in!! Every student who has registered for the TACHS Exam will be receiving his or her ticket for admission on Wednesday November 7, 2007.
1.It is very important not to lose the ticket
2.Remember that the order you place the schools on the ticket is important. This will determine your entrance to the high school and possible scholarships.

S.S.Tests for both the 7th and 8th grade have been moved to Thursday!!!
