Reminders
The field trip to the American Museum of Natural History is on Thursday October 30.2008. We are in desperate need of chaperones for the 7th grade. Without chaperones the children are not going to go on the field trip.

Social Studies homework Week of 10/20/08
Reminders:
Individual pictures are on Friday. Students who ordered packages can wear their own clothes, which follow the guidelines in the school handbook. Students who are not ordering pictures are to wear their uniforms.
Trimester 1 progress reports will be given out on October 29.
Walkathon is coming up NOVEMBER 10, 2008. Keep those donations coming in !!!!
Field Trip to the American Museum of Natural History is all set for October 30. 
Remember to bring in your permission slip and trip fee by October 27. Chaperones are needed for the trip, at least 3 per class.
7th Grade
Chapter 3 is currently being read. Continue to take notes as you read the chapter. Notes from Chapter 3 sec 1 and 2 are due on Wednesday. Sec 3 and 4 are due by Friday.
Quiz on Thursday is based on Chapter 3 sec 1 and 2
The test that was taken last Thursday will be returned by Tuesday. It is important that students study for their exams with study guides. The uses of Index cards or study sheets are great ways to study on the bus or subway.
