Blessings.
Thanks to all the Parents who assisted with Catholic School Week.,well - appreciated.
Donations for Haiti:As I mentionesd previously, we need to encourage our children the importance of giving to others , not always expecting to only receive in life. There are students that still have not brought in their donations.

Supplies:We are in the need of Hand Sanitizers, Paper Towels,and Tissue Boxes. In addition,Clorox Wipes are welcome as donations as well.

Test/Quizzes:there are several students that are not prespared for notified test/quizzes.Please revise letters, otes thare given to your child.It is important that they study for the assigned test/quizzes with anticipation.

Spelling: There is a continuation on the list for the NYState Prep. Words were given in class.

Academic Bee;There are students that have been selected after our Class Bees for the finals.Please encourage your child to practice for the Academic Bees(Spelling and Math)for Wed.Feb.3rd.

Letter:Students received a letter stating updated information in regards to quizzes and other practice sheets.Please return the package signed tomorrow,Feb 3rd. Thanks

African American Inventors Assignment: Project is due Thursday,Feb 4th. If you had any difficulty finding information on the given Inventor, please find information on any A.Ameriican Inventor that can be useful for our class to appreciate.

Review the story"Scuffy" Reading Comprehensive Quiz on Thursday.
Science-Read pgs C4-C15 This a review for the second part of this lesson. There are students that need to reinforce their given lessons on a regular basis.

Interpretation of NYState Prep words given in class..

Tuesday
ELA:Write a story using the words selected from last weeks list or this week's list of words(10 words) Underline each voc.Word used in the story.

Religion:Write a summary on this week's lesson. (2 paragraphs).

*There are students that are continuing to have difficulties with Multiplication. If they do not practice, they will not improve. Practice a Multiplication Table or two every night!
