Holiday Homework
1. Worksheet Packets must be completed and handed in on Monday, January 3rd.

1. Christmas Raffle Tickets are on sale for $2. Each class will have 2 winners. The raffle will be drawn on Wednesday. Please help support the 8th grade!

3. Thursday is a 10:30 dismissal.

1. The Christmas Show dress rehearsal is this Wednesday. Please wear your costume to school.
2. The Christmas Show is this Thursday evening. Students must arrive by 6:00. The show begins promptly at 7:00.

2. Grammar workbook p. 64-65.
3. Math workbook R 3-14, P 3-14.
4. Science : Look around your home. Find 5 simple machines. Write what the object is, what simple machine it is, and what it is used for.
5. Wear your Christmas Show costume tomorrow. You can bring your P.E. uniform to change into.
6. Read for 15 minutes.

Wednesday
1. Choose 10 spelling words. Use each word in a sentence.
2. Grammar workbook p. 66-67.
3. Phonics workbook p. 59.
4. Math problems in notebook.
5. Science textbook p. E59: numbers 1-3.
6. Tomorrow is the Christmas Show. Be here by 6:00. You can bring a quiet game and snacks or juice to share with the whole class.
