Dear Parents/Guardians,

        On Thursday December 9^th, 2010 is parent/teacher conference from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and Friday December 10^th from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. Nevertheless, I will only be available until 4:50 pm on Thursday because of my own schooling. I am extending the schedule for Friday's meeting; I will be available until 4:00 pm  by appointment in order to replace the time for Thursday.

      I apologize in advance for any inconvenience due to my schooling. I look forward meeting with you.
