7-204---100th year rearch is due WEDNESDAY 10 /1

Candy sale monies due tomorrow as well as book sale money. We will be going to the chapel on Wednesday.

Friday is a halfday--teacher conference. All students who owe homework must complete all assighnments.

7-205- Sam is a boy who is scarred with a malformation. What would you do if you were in Sam shoes? What do you predict will happen next?


7-204- Create a chart using the characters we have read about in the myth "Jason and the Golden Fleece". Also in the chart 2 sentences describing each character.


8th grade-Trujillo project due tomorrow.

2) research things which happened during the years of 1929-1939 and 1939-1949 examples: literature, cost, arts, WWII, Great Depression, Noble Peace Prize, Presidents, fashion, music etc

7-205- finish reading the play. Choose 1 character: Put yourself in the characters shoes. What would you do about the characters situation? If you had the chance to change the situation, what would you change? Why?

Welcome to the first week of classes. Please remember that reading the textbook is mandatory. It may be hard at times but you will need the information in the text to participate in class. Don't give up !!

In addition, notes were sent home last week concerning missing Summer Assignments. It is very important not to miss any assignments as this could leave you far behind in the classwork. Remember that the note needs to be signed and returned to school.

Monday - Locate 1 article from a news organization and complete a the current events assignment (format was given in class on Monday). To be done on loose leaf
Tuesday - page 19 # 2,3,4,5 (to be done in your notebook)
Wednesday - Worksheet, bring in construction paper for Thursday
Thursday - complete foldable (this activity was begun in class on Thursday)
Friday - Use the words in Vocab #1 in sentences (to be done in Vocab section of notebook)
