8-206- begin your Christmas Assignment- due January 6th, 2010. Be sure to write the response to the multiple choice section on the answer sheet located in the back of the booklet. The questions to both listening and reading selections are to be answered in the booklet itself. You must complete the entire booklet.

7-203- In one paragraph answer the following question. One important theme in "Roll of Thunder,Hear My Cry" involves the Logan's refusal to be beaten by hard times. How has the author used the plot of the book to prove this point?
7-204- Meg has always admired her father to such a degree that she suffers terrible disappointment when she finds that he cannot save Charles. Write about a time when you have been disappointed by someone you admired.Tell whether this experience taught you any important lessons. Religion- lessons learned from the parables.
