7th grade- Ethnic Family Tree- Research via telephone. In class we discussed the format in which we will create our family tree. Talk to your grandparents about their birthplace and the birth place of their parents. Our goal is to see where our grandparents come from,see how far you will be able to get. Format:gt= great grandmother/granddad, p=photos (if possible), f= flag ( create on poster board)

7-204-Religion- write a diary entry reflecting a migrants point of view for coming to the US from Central America in search of work to help his/her family.
7th grade- review the feedback given to you by your peers. Analyze and be prepared to further develop your memoir
8th grade-Essay Book 3 - Write an essay in which you describe the benefits of a car that can run on air, and the benefits of the clothes washer and clothes dryer. In the essay, include your opinion of which inventions might have the greater impact on people's lives and why. Use details from both articles to support your answer.
In your essay, be sure to
~ describe the benefits of the inventions
~ include your opinion of which invention would impact people more and why
~ use details from both articles to support your answer
~ check your writing for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
