Summer Hours at SFA
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:30am until 1:00pm
Summer Program begins on July 2, and except for the 4th of July is open on Monday through Thursday until July 26th.
ELA and Math classes are offered in the morning and there is a special program in the afternoon until 3:00pm.

Thank you, Mrs. Baynes
S. Theresa and Mrs. Baynes take time for a photo after the prayer service in her honor.
Students and teachers blessed Mrs. Baynes and presented her with flowers, and gifts
from parents, staff and children. A reception with the staff followed dismissal.

Tribute to Mrs. Baynes
Mrs. Baynes, accompanied by her husband John and Mr. Taliercio, husband of the late Joanne Talercio, celebrate her wonderful work during the last 22 years as financial secretary and bookkeeper for SFA School.
The prayer service, celebrated by all the teachers, staff and children thanked Mrs. Baynes for being a blessing in our lives. We wish her and John best wishes as they move to Texas in late summer.

7th Graders Present Projects
Students in grade 7 worked individually or in groups to prepare a topic of their choice
and to demonstrate the connections to the other subjects. Wesley showed the
connection to Math, SS and ELA as he focused on the science topic: The Solar System.

We've Finished our Testing!!!
A group of the class of 2007 enjoys some time outside after completing the rigorous Social Studies exam.

Two Brothers Honored
John and Benjamin Carson were honored for their volunteer service for Community Board #17.
A certificate of appreciation was presented to each on them at a special cerremony on May 16, 2007. Congratulations!! Continue to be good servants in helping to improve our society.
